MABRUK OIL OPERATIONS (hereinafter referred to as COMPANY) invites interested local companies specialized in Catering Services to submit to COMPANY their completed Pre-qualification documents, for evaluation and preparation of a bidders list, as COMPANY intends shortly to issue a Call for Tender for Mabruk Field Catering Services as described below:

Mabruk Field (C17) is an onshore oil field located about 185 KM to the North- East of Sirte City, Libya, at the coordinates:
Longitude:29º 49′ 51″&Latitude:17º 17′ 18″
Scope of Services
To Provide Catering Services for the working Staff at Mabruk Field
The service will include the following.( Supply of goods , maintaining enough store ,preparations of food , also the service include but not limited to, housekeeping within the camp’s, rooms, halls, restaurant, all offices ,workshops, and ect.
Qualification Requirements:
Interested companies for this tender must satisfy the requirements stated on the Pre-qualification questionnaire and shall submit the required information only by completing the required details on such Pre-qualification questionnaire.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Pre-qualification Invitation is not an invitation to tender.
Participation : This announcement will remain posted on the NOC & COMPANY websites until 12:00 hrs local time 05/07/2010 The last date to receive the prequalification documents is 08/07/2010 at 12:00 hrs local time. Accordingly, all interested companies should submit the required Pre-qualification information (Pre-qualification questionnaire) no later than this date. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded.
