Expression of Interest
BP Exploration Libya Ltd
BP Exploration Libya Ltd hereby requests “Expression of Interest” from qualifying Contractors for the provision of Waste Management  services in support of BP’s forthcoming exploration drilling campaign in the Offshore Sirt Basin of Libya.

Any contractors providing “Expression of Interest” must as a minimum provide the following information:
a)   Copies of EGA Licences for Waste Management Handling
b)   Copies of Libyan Company Registration Documents (Libyan Tax Registration/Libyan Company Registration/Libyan Permit to Work)
c)   Contractor’s nationality and details of their Registration
d)   Details of experience and results in provision of services listed below in Libya;
           i.    Collection, recovery and transportation of hazardous and non hazardous waste
           ii.    Storage, recycling, treatment and /or disposal of hazardous and non hazardous waste
           iii.    Cleaning of Supply vessel tanks containing oil based drilling mud and oil residues
         iv.    Disposal of oily residues and wastes from tank cleaning noted in d) iii) above.
e)   Specific details of which hazardous and non hazardous waste streams can be accepted
f)    Specific technical details, locations and licences for facilities and equipment used for storage, recycling, treatment and disposal facilities that are detailed in d) ii) above.
g)   Details of Health, Safety and Environment Management programs in place.

Contractors are now invited to register their interest for the provision of of the services noted in point d) above for use in Misratah and offshore Sirt basin with details as above. This information will then be used by BP Libya to identify potential contractors to participate in a pre-qualification process for this work.
 
Response Deadline and Address
A statement of Expression of Interest and all required data must be received no later than the close of business on 20th June 2010
