Hereby JSC Tatneft Libyan Branch, carrying out exploration operations on Area 82, Block 1, and Area 82, Block 4, on Area 98, Blocks 2 and 4 in Ghadames Basin and on Area 69, Blocks 1,2,3,4 in Sirte basin, in Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, informs of its intention to select a Contractor for provision of coring analysis services for 7 wells until the end of the year 2010 and announces a tender № E-AB-CRAN-250510 for this purpose.

The companies registered in Libya and interested in this proposal shall confirm their intention to participate in the tender by means of filing an Acknowledgement of Receipt attached to this letter, printed in their letterhead, signed and stamped by their authorized representatives. Upon submission of the duly issued Acknowledgement of receipt the bidder company shall receive the tender documentation package.

Bid proposals submission deadline – 15/06/2010, at 16.00 by Tripoli local time.

This invitation shall in no way be treated as a binding obligation to enter into the contract by Tatneft anytime thereafter.
